The Management System, Policies and Procedures of Tom Smith Industries was successfully    audited in accordance with the "Rules for the registration scheme of ISO/TS 16949:2002 - Second Edition" by Eagle Registrations, Inc., out of Dayton, Ohio.  During this audit it was determined that these systems, policies and procedures conformed with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2002.  Our official registration date, as seen by clicking the link below, was June 9, 2004.

Since our initial registration assessment, we have successfully completed four surveillance audits to date, and continue with our commitment to maintain compliance to the requirements set forth in the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard, as well as those individual requirements set forth by our customers.

TSi is committed to providing only the highest quality products delivered on time.  Our management system emphasizes the need for continuous improvement through the reduction of variation and waste.
