Production
TSI operates 25 injection molding presses, ranging from 72 to 730 tons, enabling us to accommodate a wide variety of part sizes and material requirements. Our molding operations are fully supported by advanced auxiliary equipment, including chillers, hot oil thermolators, and comprehensive material handling systems such as dryers, blenders, and silos for efficient and consistent processing.
In addition to molding, we offer a range of value-added secondary operations, including sonic welding, riveting, machining, manual assembly, and custom fixturing, allowing us to deliver fully finished components that meet your exact specifications.
Engineering & Tooling
TSI’s engineering team leverages the latest in CAD software, including Siemens NX, CATIA®, SolidWorks®, and AutoCAD®, to support customers through every stage of product development — from concept to final design.
Our fully equipped in-house tool room features advanced CNC machining and CNC EDM capabilities, powered by leading computer-aided machining software such as Prospector and SURFCAM. This allows us to efficiently produce complex, high-precision molds to exact customer specifications.
